Chronicles of mystery tree of life voices cut
Hi,
Just got Chronicles of mystery the tree of life by city interactive . I have a problem i did in the first game by city interactive . The voices when ppl talk or in cutscenes just cut in the middle or near the end of sentences . The voices just cut and never continue untill next sentence not all the time but in most cases the voice start the cut and only the text left . Any idea how to fix it ? I have : Windows 7 64bit - 6GB ram - I7 920 intel . All games and other stuff working good only this game have this problem . Thank you . |

Got the same problem, cant find a solution but atleast there is subtltles so u can read the best, BUT why in hell is there no widescreen support i hate game companys havent learned it yet most ppl got it these days, playing with "huge" black borders on side is annoying.

I've had that issue with all City Interactive games, and running the games as Administrator in Windows XP compatibility mode fixed it (mostly) for me. I'm using Vista, though.

Just got my game box from poland and it was funny LOL :
I guess i forgot to put my home address and or my private name .
So on the envelope they wrtoe to : Lipman Chocolade Chocolade was my nick name on the site where i bought the game . LOL |

Yes, I know how to fix it
As soon as you start up the game, press CTRL-SHIFT-ESC to start Windows Task Manager. Look for the game process (ChoM2.exe) and right-click on it. In the menu that pops up, click on "Set Affinity...". Uncheck all boxes except for CPU 0. Now ALT-TAB back to the game and enjoy it without any more sound issues. Steve Quote:
