dracula origin - can't open armoury grate

hello! i'm playing dracula origin and have reached the castle am trying to get into the armoury grate. i got the clue from igor, figured out who's who and added up the combination but when i try to enter it, he says, "i'm missing information". what am i missing here? i inspected jada's painting, spoke to her and still can't figure out why it won't let me enter the combo.

any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Have you "looked" at the necessary information. Unless you've "looked" at it (i.e. clicked on it so Van Helsing comments on it) then you won't be able to enter the combination. This a recurring problem in this game.
