Yes, I last played this game somewhere last year and didn't have much time for games, later so I can't remember what I did before.

Spoiler:

So, now I picked off where I left the game and beat the dapper pirate and am at almost the end of ch 2. But I have some problems getting to the next chapter.

Here's what I've done so far:

a) I already got a big, gleaming pirate ship
b) I found Elaine's statue and put her on the ship.
c) I beat all 'em pirates and got meself a crew.

e) I saw the 2 cutscenes: the first one had to do with 2 pirates, 1 of whom found a pair of boots. The 2nd one had to do with the pirates transforming into undead pirates.

So, how do I proceed to the next chapter? I'm a bit stumped 'cos I can't get the crew to board the ship. Do I have to restart the entire chapter? I hope not.

I loaded an earlier savegame and the same thing occurred.

ok now you're really taxing my memory. it's a long time since I played this one, but I think you also had to get a map, although I may be getting mixed up with a different part of the game. if memory serves it was tattooed onto somebody

the map part is in chapter 3. have you talked to the barbershop pirates after you got the ship?

I'm pretty sure the map is in this chapter.
Did you get access to the beach club yet?

oy, yeah, you're right, you have to get the map of of Pacos back at the beachclub. got a bit mixed up there, sorry.

Ah damn! So, there were 2 maps.
