Oh boy, if this is from one of the Elder Scrolls, then count me out on this one. There are hundreds of characters in those games.

It isn't any of the TES games, but in a certain way, you're fairly close to what game it is (or at least, what series it belongs to).

Yes it is. As for the character's name, here's a hint; unlike some other Fallout NPCs, he can speak with a English accent.

Now benhubbard, go play Fallout. And don't stop until you finish both 1 and 2. Tactics isn't compulsory, but you get extra marks if you play it.
