I've never been a huge fan of seeing software charts. Mainly, because they don't mean anything other than a lot of people are buying something. I especially never make much notice of Japanese people, because Japanese people buy crazy stuff.

But with all opinions on which console is best, and whatnot, put aside this chart is pretty unique.

The Nintendo DS is breaking records in Japan - and here's another one to scratch your head over.

The latest Japanese software chart has arrived, and for the first time in videogame history (providing it wasn't already achieved by the NES, for which we don't have sales charts), a single platform has dominated the entire top 10 of the Japanese chart.

Remember this day, as this could possibly be the only time you see such a feat, from any system.
