Default Double Fine Secret in News Post

The latest news post has a picture with hidden kittens and secrets. I found the kitten. It's sitting under the monitor. Now someone else find the secret.

I'm guessing it's something to do with whatever is displayed on that monitor screen...which from that image is seemingly impossible to make out.

Cute Kitten though.

I should be doing work but I'm a sucker for puzzles like this. The secret is in the text on the computer screen, I'm pretty sure of that. The block of text is comprised of a repetition of a sentences, with possibly a different one or two stuck in there. The only words I can make out are "Double Fine" and "new game" so far.

edit: here's an easier to read screen - download and blow up in your favorite image editor

my best guess is "Hundreds/Thousands of secrets about Double Fine's new game" repeated over and over.

edit 2: at one point it looks like there's a capital K where what used to be a capital H is.. i'm trying to finish my school work before I look at it further. anyone else get anything?

Well I did all I could think to try in Photoshop to no avail. Got the word Zombie at the end of the 11th line, but that you can see as it is.

So you think perhaps there may be a secret indeed, only we can't possibly see it? (you know, fun'in with us?)

EDIT: Forget the "zombie"...looks like "double" now. Getmyrunon seems to be correct that its just repeating the same sentence over and over so...bah.

Cheers

I can make out "Double Fine's". (And it's the same text pasted over and over again.)

I'd be willing to bet all the writing has nothing to do with it. Why would the secret be so obvious? That's just there to frustrate everybody that's determined to find out what it says.

Perhaps we can find more answers at California Prison?

Or maybe it's like the secret of Monkey Island.

(Like the secret of Monkey Island in the sense that it will be specilated over forever and ever and we will never even know if there is a secret or if it was just an obscure joke.)

I think there are two possibilities;

1) It's a joke, and hence the computer screen
2) The actual clue is to do with "california pri..."
