Games you're most looking forward to
This is basically the equivalent for non-adventure games of Roman5's thread "Games you're most looking forward to in 2006." except the games don't have to be released in 2006...just whatever you're anticipating at the time.
Mine are: HL2: Episode One and whateverother episodes come out for HL2 Oblivion since I still haven't played it Mass Effect (which may or may not be in 2006, and which I'll probably never be able to play since it's exclusive to the 360 ) BioShock, which'll probably in 2007 Crysis whenever the hell that comes out God of War 2 Oh and what was the name of that one shooter that's upcoming about the Native American and dreamwalking....and there's walking on the walls and what-not...etc...? I can't think of the title but that one's worth adding to the list. EDIT: Dragon Age, Neverwinter Nights 2... |

Could someone merge this thread with the other one?

No, the other one is clearly (for the most part, at least) for the adventure games people are looking forward to, and given that's now extended to three pages, it wouldn't make sense to merge it into general now. Leaving it in adventure also serves as a double purpose for upcoming Hype-o-meter updates.

In random order of awesomeness:
Mass Effect Stranglehold HL2 episodes Hitman: Blood Money Spore SC4: Double Agent BioShock Battlefield 2142 (perhaps, I've bought every BF game, but I'm very very sceptical about this 'futuristic' one) Huxley (as long as there are no monthly fees) -wotsitsname- that pirate game that looks awesome Okami (even though I don't have a PS2) Africa Crysis () KOTOR 3 (it'll happen someday ) The Stalin Subway (perhaps) Chromehounds Tomb Raider Legends "Sam & Max 2" (who knows) The Longest Journey 3/Dreamfall 2 Broken Sword 4 Paradise Monkey Island 5 No One Lives Forever 3 Deus Ex 3 Sure I forgot loads, but that's all I can think of at the moment. |

All I really care about right now is Call of Cthulhu which is only a couple weeks away and I'm hoping for Silent Hill 5 sometime in the next year or so.
I never really read previews or anything though, so a lot of games just come out without me knowing much about them and I figure out if I'm interested then. |

Highest on my list right now is Sensible Soccer 2006, which looks like it'll be the best in the series yet. People who've played a demo says it's playing like the original games too. This will be the best pure fun soccer game ever released... again!
