You work at Sams Club? I thought you were a mechanic? Anyway, those that you've stacked will sell out, and there will be people who didn't get one.

Those will be sold out within an hour. And there may not be any more put out before Christmas. There is a huge demand for these and the preorders have been very heavy.

I thought this thread was about the benefits of ****ing rich people, not a thread about being annoyed at them.
I'm sure ****ing a rich person is actually quite a good position to be in.

I read about this, it's called product seeding. Where companies give free products to "style leaders" and bank on the non-stop media coverage these celebs get to market their products. It's also behind those goody bags stars get at the oscars -- one article said that some of the bags that these guys get for free had goods worth over 100,000 dollars. Such a hard life, the life of a celebrity.

I wonder if people should get this into perspective. Even if they gave away a couple of hundred consoles, the time taken to produce them was probably fairly small. And should we also complain that reviewers may have received advance consoles? Because, you know, Gamespot probably has some money...

Call me weird but the first thing I noticed is that Paris is actually wearing something pretty - she doesn't look skanky.

Touche, simpsie!!! o/\o
And I think that if I were rich and famous and they gave me a free Xbox 360 I'd autograph it and sell it to the highest bidder and I'd take that money and give it to charity. Then I'd buy a 360 with my own money. Yay, one more brownie for me!!
