Default Paradise right under your nose!

Wow! After all these years complaining about not having an old game store near I found out I have one only 10 minutes away from my house!

They actually have Megadirves and a NES for sale, not to mention loads of old Sega and Nintendo games!

(No Atari games though)

Sure they don't cost 1€ like on Ebay, but considering I have to pay a lot (5-10€) in shipping, a old game for 3-5€ is great!

Since my Sega Master System collection is pretty small I got me Castle of Illusion, Land of Illusion, Asterix, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, and... Dynamite DUKE, which I thought was Dynamute Düx!

I almost bought Toe Jam & Earl 2: Panic on Funkotron, but I'm not sure it's worth 10€...

I'm gonna visit the place till I leave it dry of old games! MUA HA HA!

Anyone know of a retro store in Copenhagen?

Can't help you with Copenhagen I'm afraid bigjko but UK lovers of retro might have a bit of luck with a store called Gamestation. My local one not only buys and sells old games but also consoles so you can at last appreciate the original NES in all it's chunky glory.

Tell you what. Next time I'm in there I'll suggest they open a Copenhagen branch.

Yeah. Anyone want Panzer Dragoon Saga for £70? Because Oxford has it!

I just went there again and got me some more retro goodness...

-Toe Jam & Earl (Megadrive)
-Toe Jam & Earl 2 Panic on Funkotron (Megadrive)
-Danan: The Jungle Defender (Master System)
-The Ninja (Master System)
-Kung-Fu Kid (Master System)
-Alien Strom (Master System)
-Yohsi's Safari (Snes)
-Goldeneye 007 (N64)

I also found out they had an Atari Jaguar, Neo Geo, and Spectrum, but not for sale!

Argh, they have too many sports titles! At this rate, I'll be finished with them in no time!

Oh, they only have TWO PC games, Beavis & Butthead in Little Thingies and Seven Kingdoms, and I already have both...

Dam i got one of those from GAME a couple of years ago for a Tenner but traded it into game station for a measly £20

I really shouldnt have got Theme Park as my first game for it, they all sold out after that

Which, the Jaguar?

Actually I think this selling old games might be new and they are still implementing it to the store, I think they store owner said that they are not for sale... yet...

I saw that the ticket had an url and I found this...

The store doesn't seem to have ANY retro goodness in this pic, and now it has tons of old games and consoles...

Hmm...

They just told me the store is for sale...

The thought of actually buying the store HAS crossed my mind, but...

I've been there several times and so far I've been the only costumer I've ever seen there...

Sigh, yet another game store that's going out of bussines in my city...

On the positive side, since the last store had an "out of bussiness" sale, maybe they will as well!

But this is so confusing!

They've told me they are setting up the store to sell lots of old games, and that they have tons of old games that aren't even on display that will be on sale eventually, yet... The store is on sale?

I don't get it!

I just hope they put the Jaguar, Sega Saturn, Speccy, Neo Geo, and other games for sale before closing, they even have 32x and Sega CD too!
