I was just wondering that is it legal to provide saved games for download at your website? Thanks

Oh, I'm sure some extremist could probably argue it violates copyright somehow, but for all intents and purposes, yes, it's legal.

Thanks So I can provide as much saved games for any game, on my site as I wish? Because I'm about to create a new website for this purpose and I need to know about the legal stuff.

I really don't see why there would be a problem. If all you're offering is saved games then I don't think there's any copyright infringement.
Save files are pretty useless if you don't have a copy of the game in question

Also, if you consider what the content of a savegame actually represents...
It's your creation, representing your individual action - thus could even be regarded your intellectual property.

I don't know what's more scary, that it is the player's IP, or that it's the developer's too. The TLJ save game files contain a dialogue log, IP of funcom (although a Funcom employee is perfectly OK with downloading them). If they don't contain things like that, and are just game variables generated by you, in a format created by the developer, it's perfectly legal.
