Thanks! Why do they put a ":stä" behind the 2007?

Am I the only one here disinterested in this UT 2007? The graphics are certainly to die for, but personally I'm rather tired of the running and gunning. Ah well, it's just me, then. Frankly, the gameplay of Indigo Prophecy excites me far more that this one.

Seriously. I remember being floored by the graphics in UT 2003 and got the game mostly for it. I never did finish the single player campaign, but I had a blast (HA!) with the online deathmatch. Good times.

Yeah the UT games have a pretty crappy single player campaign. But the multi-player is one of the best in any FPS.
By the way, did anyone notice the similarity between UT2007's textures and those of gears of war?

i love the unreal games, not all of them though, but they've def kept raising the bar for crazy action FPS. I spent so much time playing the first 1 single player it was unhealthy. The mission based stuff is great and it had the best AI yet back then Haven't played the last few yet.
btw - you'd be ****ed to play this game without the best rigs out there right now. i'd suggest 256mb vcard / 3gig+ CPU minimum

The game is called Unreal Tournament 3 now, but anyhoo: Anybody else besides me playing the demo already? The map design looks fab! I was hoping I could finally play something with you here after half a doozen failed attempts, lads. And it's for free!

It took some tweaking (well, one change to an ini file) to get the demo to run without crashing, but damn does it run fast. Too fast!
