An image can say more than 1000 words
Why do the [ img ] tags display the link instead of the actual image? Is it because of legal reasons or to favor the ones with slow connections? If not, pleeeaaaase let us put up images!
After all, a picture can tell more than a thousand words... --Erwin

The [ img ]-tag is somewhat picky it seems. It requires that you do include the http:// part, otherwise it displays it as a link instead. It also dislikes some characters in the image link, such as &.

Weird stuff. I think it's the weird characters, because I always paste the entire URL, including http://
I remember the image I was trying to show indeed has a few '&' characters. --Erwin
