Funny you should say that. I hate the Beatles more.

I don't like those movies either. In fact, I like the holy grail more than those other movies. I guess i'm just picky when it comes to comedy. Has this gone way off topic or what?

I must say that I didn't like Life of Brian either. I've been meaning to watch a Monty Python movie with friends of mine who like those movies, and observe which parts of those movies are supposed to be funny...

For example, there were no horses in Britain during King Arthur's time, but many later stories set in that period feature knights on horses...hence the coconut shells to simulate the clopping of a horse's hooves.
The witch trial, although humorously presented, was a point-by-point recreation of many documented witch trials from that and subsequent periods, and people's unquestioning acceptance of the proof offered in those trials and the ensuing hysterical witch hunts have been attributed to widespread ergot poisoning (ergot is a fungus which attacks rye and other coarse grains, and it causes hallucinations when ingested in bread made from affected grain. LSD {lysergic acid diethylamide, or "acid"} is in fact an ergot extract.). Basically, people were acting crazy because they were tripping their asses off without realizing it.

Ok people, less talking more picture posting

This is me playing something in a weird angle, probably Soul Calibur or Halo.

It was thanks to this picture that I noticed how bad my door needs to be painted.

Would you like me to comment on your looks and personality based on your pics, then?

Huh? I'm no more taller than you are. And yeah, in person I'm more relaxed and laid back than my 'formal' pic would suggest, though I tend to be very shy many times.

The only words I can think of to describe Monty Python are - TOTAL GENIUS

Maybe their sense of humour is a little too "british" for the majority of people on these forums?

Anyway, imo one of the funniest sketches has to be the Dead Parrot sketch from the Flying Circus series :

'E's not pinin'! 'E's passed on! This parrot is no more! He has ceased to be! 'E's expired and gone to meet 'is maker! 'E's a stiff! Bereft of life, 'e
rests in peace! If you hadn't nailed 'im to the perch 'e'd be pushing up the daisies! 'Is metabolic processes are now 'istory! 'E's off the twig! 'E's kicked the
bucket, 'e's shuffled off 'is mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisibile!! THIS IS AN EX-PARROT!!
