You'll no longer be kissed and kind
As you long for intuition As you have to learn the lesson Twice You'll no longer be kissed and kind As you long for intuition As you have to say the password Twice Have you ever, have you ever Been all messed up? Have you ever? Have you ever, have you ever Been all messed up? Have you ever? You're the pin card You're the lifeguard You're the information guy But things look much bigger On the knees, on your knees Miss the signal Miss the signpost Lose the access to it all And all of a sudden You are one with the freaks Have you ever, have you ever Been all messed up? Have you ever? A bit more than a year ago these guys gave me one of the most heartwarming experiences of my life. I miss people and I miss the way things used to be like and I miss my old shoelaces.

Tom Waits - Blue Skies
The change of his voice in the early and late songs of Tom Waits is quite interesting. |

Well, I'll keep the tradition up.
Buena Vista Social Club - Lamento Cubano BVSC is just great. They've just got that sound... Recently, in addition to this, I've been listening to Tom Waits (well, Santana, naturally) and um... Ottmar Liebert. And of course some other stuff too. Now the song is Santana's Jugando. That's a great song. Great tempo in it. Next up is Wyclef Jean - Guantanamera (I love BVSC's version of it. Or well, a live version...) |

Evanescence - My Immortal
I'm addicted to that song. I play it over and over, even though the AMV it is with brings me close to tears every time, because it's about that terrible, sad scene from that one series. -

"Liberate tuteme ... ex inferis!" "[...] V.I.T.R.I.O.L.’s vocals are quite possibly the most horrifying and malicious ever to have been recorded [...] Unrelenting and challenging it may be, but this is genuinely one of the most rewarding albums ever to have represented the field of extreme music and will doubtlessly become a classic milestone in years to come." ~Blastwave review |
