Aerosmith - Walk on Water
This isn't the kind of thing I'd normally listen to, but it's not bad. Other people's playlists can be weird things.

Surprisingly Germany's contribution to the contest is kinda cute this time...

Anyho, now playing: Luke Temple - Radiation blues

Oh maaan... Awesome. Got the record today.

I don't watch eurovision, apparantly the Croatian representative made a sex tape. I vote for her. Good times.

That's the spirit!!!

...and now (after that cutsie singer/songwriter from NYC) something for a change of, er, pace: Converge - Homewrecker. I've lost count of the second chances. I lay claim to this day - No love, no hope. Whoo.

"The Roof is on Fire" by the Bloodhound Gang

Coincidentally, I hear this on the news:

"Roof On Fire Claims Lives Of 43 Party People"

Quote:
"I tried shouting to the people on the dance floor that the roof was on fire and that they should exit the premises immediately, but they seemed unfazed by the danger," firefighter Michael Pitti said. "I just kept shouting, 'The roof! The roof! The roof is on fire!' and so forth, but they just went right on dancing, insisting that they didn't need any of our water and that we should let the mother****er burn."

...

"I was screaming at the top of my lungs, 'Get down! Get down, party people!'" said Garry Hodges of Ladder Company 42, "but the more I shouted out, the harder they danced."
Such sad events.

An Australian girl, singing a country and western style song, competing for Germany.

I checked it out on youtube, that's got to be one of the worst songs I've ever heard. They're spoofing GWAR and Glam metal, right?

Yeah, they're pretty much a cross between Kiss and GWAR (which reminds me that I wrote a review of one of their records a couple of years ago.. oh well). That's showbiz. Better them than that silicone titties meet trashtastic eurobeats pap from the rest of the contest...

Exactly.

Not that it really matters though, all the songs suck. At least Lordi is different from the mass. Not that I'm interested though.

Anyways, listening to Buena Vista Social Club - Chan Chan

Mr Scruff - Get a Move On

Ninjatune has some seriously great artists. Amon Tobin, Kid Koala, Loka, The Cinematic Orchestra...

Now that's a good old one. But in my opinion, Ninja Tune are way overrated. Thought the first Kid Koala record is sublime. And comes with a cute comic book.
