Nikkifurie - ThĂ© Ă* la Menthe (instrumental, which you can also hear in Ocean's Twelve)

Hyper addictive. And kinda psychedelic.

Also, there's the version with (French!) rap here (with the alternative name of the band or whatever).

A Cuban remix of Clocks by Coldplay

I'm not sure that it's better, but it certainly sounds fun

K'Naan is great. It's nice to see something fresh (and intelligent) in hip-hop. Anything new is usually just that commercial stuff...

Honor - Geoff Zanelli, Hans Zimmer & Blake Neely, the theme from The Pacific mini-series. Stirring, inspiring music that sets the tone pretty much from the opening credits onwards. Amazing stuff.

Okay, so I'm not playing them, but I saw these bands playing during the weekend when I was at the Download 2010 Festival:

AC/DC - who were incredible
Rage Against the Machine
Bullet for My Valentine - only saw some of their set
Slash - who was incredible
Motorhead - only saw some of their performance as we ended up going home due to rain. I wanted to see Aerosmith too.
Lamb of God
Killswitch Engage
Billy Idol
Megadeth - incredible
Five Finger Death Punch - meh
Flyleaf - meh
Deftones - meh

A fantastic weekend only to be ruined by rain yesterday.

Heh, not an easy thing to do. Security certainly isn't lax at a place like that.
