Default Run Linux on your DS

http://www.linux.com/feature/118061

Comes with handy personal organiser type applications. Doesn't look like it's hard to install either.

I looked at the DS today in the shop. It's quite cheap... Is it worth buying it just for playing adventure games on it?

If you mean for playing Monkey Island and such, well yeah you can play that but you could play that on the PC as well. Get it for the adventures you can only play on the DS like Phoenix Wright.

I don't know about that (although the future looks bright, indeed!). As it is there are only a few DS adventures. The good news is that they're all better than most PC adventures coming out these days, and the even better news is that they've been pretty successful, which only means more will come.

As a whole the DS is incredibly worth the $130 price tag. As it is, the DS has more awesome games than any other platform thus far in the new generation.

And in even better news there are more awesome games on the DS, besides adventures, just waiting for you to discover them!
