Default Lyon

I've got a job interview in Lyon on Tuesday. Gonna see a bit of the city as well while I'm there. I was wondering if anyone here could tell me a bit more about what it's like to live there, cost of living, etc.

My French is limited, but the job at least is not French-speaking required. Still, I definitely intend on learning the language if I end up going.

What kind of job? I've been to Lyon a couple of times. Or was that Dyon? I can never tell. I love France.

Oooh

Dark Messiah was pretty decent.

Not sure about their new game though. Fusing single and multiplayer....yeah right.

Good luck Ninja Dodo! I hope you get the job.

Arkane is very promising studio, Arx Fatalis and Dark Messiah were ok games.

Thanks for all the well-wishes, guys.

So no one have the inside scoop on what it's like to live in Lyon as an ex-pat? Tips whatnot? Those Lonely Planets only go so far...

My impression: Seems like a cool city.
