Sometimes I wish I was a woman so I could wear all the stuff you buy Jaz.

I splurged on my first LED lamp today!
It is a Philips 2W lamp, comparable to a 'normal' 10W energy saving light bulb, comparable to a normal 40W light bulb. I now save 80% with regard to the energy saving light bulb, or 95% with regard to a normal incandescent bulb! |

You must have quite a collection of small and cuddly things Jaz! I only have one of those
BTW, my LED lamp is, well, how to put it... not so good. It hardly gives any light. I put in my 11 W fluorescent light again so I can read by lamplight. I feel robbed a bit... |

Heh, I only have 1 grown up miniature dragon, and two hatchlings. Soon I will have two extra dragons, though, as well as the badgers. That's only the metal miniatures, of course. I have a bit more plastic D&D miniatures, but not all that many either. But I *do* have the largest "miniature" available for purchase. The Colossal Red Dragon limited edition "miniature". Miniature in speech marks because the thing is about 36cm/14 inch tall. That would make it about the size of a 7 story building compared to humanoid miniatures. Anyway, in the future I am planning on buying all the sets of animal soldiers, the Otterman Empire (yes, that is spelled correctly), the Snakes of Wrath, the Something Fishy, the Semi-Colonials, and the Katana Kats. -

Okay, my mother will probably kill me for this, but when I saw that the shipping wasn't all that horrendously high after all, I couln't resist...

My daughter and I spent some time in town this afternoon. I splurged on a new hair colour (brownish) and shorter hair. (Dang it's expensive at the hairdresser's.) Then some expensive shampoo and a mascara. After that she lured me to a café where we had coffee.

Ooh, there was a 50% sale on all clothes down at the local "marine store". (haven't got the slightest idea what the correct term might be)

Hey that's my mouse! Well, sort of, mine's wireless with rechargeable removable AA's and it's incredibly comfortable! Good splurge

Mine's wireless too, and has a recharge station. I actually wanted one of the same type as my boyfriend has, which has a battery block you can take out and recharge at a station. The mouse would show you when the battery block would start running out or was empty. If you had two battery blocks, one being charged, and one being used, you had no troubles. Instead I have this one. But since it has an on/off switch, and does seem to last long enough, I don't think I'll ever have trhouble with it running out during the day. -

I debated getting the MX Revolution a while back, and instead went for the portability of the VX Revolution instead.

Just realised that with this stupid mouse I can't turn to view my character in Fallout 3. >_< Why? Because that is done by clicking the mouse wheel, which for this mouse is used to switch between precision and speed scrolling.

Yes! I'll take this mouse right now, and travel to Bad Hersfeld to take it out with the bosses at Amazon.de! I'll be back in a month or so. -
