No, i'm not talking about old penises. I'm wondering who has been a member of this site the longest. And that's NOT inlcuding mods. Or, you can include mods, and then not include them, so I know both ways. Does anyone know?

Excellent question! The whole site was re-done in late 2003 I think, but maybe someone is still around from it's previous iteration.

Huz has been here since Moses turned around and went back into the desert. So have I for that matter. And a lot of people. We go back to a time when Adventure Games weren't dead.

If I had to venture a guess, I'd say I first joined around 2000, or 2001.

I first visited the site when it was just a green page with a splash image and words "Coming Soon!" written under it. The domain was adventuregamer.com (no plural). Back then and the whole thing was somehow under UGO and Maximar () was much more hands-on with the site. I registred for the forums relatively early, but it took me a few years before I started posting regularly. AND THEN the adventure genre died and we've been mourning it ever since.

I first visited the site around the time when The Longest Journey was released in 1999. Forum came familiar to me about 2 years later and I just had to register...

I first visited the site sometime between 1998 and 1999. I read the articles a lot, but didn't post on the forums until... 2004, apparently. And even then, I just lurked an awful lot.

It depends, for example I visited Space Quest dot net since 1998/9 and I only joined in 2001 I think, although with this site it was 2005, but I've been a lurker forever.

Not I. I joined in 2006 or if I'm lucky 2005. I wasn't even aware "adventure game" didn't mean Zelda or Tomb Raider back in 2000.

On the left it says you joined January 2006 (, Noob )*.

I guess you're out of luck, then.

Yes, but this is definitely Fallout Boy from "Fallout".

EDIT: Oh, wait. What am I saying? He's not called "Fallout Boy", but "Pip Boy"!

Eh, actually I think there's some debate in that matter. Some ancient texts cite the well-known figure as "Fallout Boy" while others refer to him as "Pip Boy." The cultural barriers over time only stimulated this schizm in the nomenclature of the legendary hero.
