I tore a muscle in my back. :(

Hey all,

I've torn a muscle in my back today, I did it in my trampoleining (SP!) class, (I take lessons for 3 hours a week) I'm getting very good too. But I was trying to do a front clip into seatdrop, but landed strangely on my back/neck region.

My back is KILLING me, I went to the doctors and they said all you can do is take regular hot baths and just take it easy, so the muscle can heal. Its just like a broken rib, nothing much you can do.

So Im currently filling my bath with some nice hot water and bubble bath, so I can relaxe there for a while and maybe read something.

I only accept money donations, hugs, kisses, flowers & chocolate!

''Get well soon'' Just doesnt cut it for me. LOL.

Anyway, by baths ready.
