Latticework. A poem
I checked my jacket, ripped and dirty
glanced at my watch, just past 11:30 I crouched by the latticework and caught but a few some words that lingered, some that flew I remembered a fence: painted yet always graffiti’d the layers built up but the worlds never fleeted I caught a syllable but nothing coherent in the line of fire I wished I was transparent I didn’t like what I heard. Why was I there? the thoughts in my head reigned of despair I remembered a line told by a friend always borrow but never lend I borrowed a line from a mystery show “Picture a valley and there you must go” so I took in the abuse of minds obtuse I drifted away… no longer there but always astute - Glenn D |

Actually, I have heaps of lyrics that I'd like to put down to music. Problem being that I'm no producer.
