Despite being canned and renewed as typical by Games Workshop it lives on still with copious fan expansions. It brought the overly detailed and complex world of pen and paper rpg/fantasy to the world of boardgames with simple counters and 6 sided dice. Played a little like Monopoly meets The Game of Life, in a fantasy setting. |

A game I remember having a blast playing is Junta!, which challenges players to create a dizzying number of secret pacts, conspiracies and double-crosses. Recommended for gamers with a machiavellian bent.
