That's a fantastic movie, Johnny Depp & him do some good work together. Not really sure if you could call it cult, but then it seems to be a vague term at times anyway.

Another vote for Rocky. Amazing how a relatively unknown actor could write a story and get his film made, and then for it to go on to be a big success. The subsequent Rocky films were Hollywoodized, but the original is a low budget cult classic. Yo Adrian!! Lol.
