Was that you? I didn't recognize you without your avatar!
Seriously though, if you met me in person you'd spot the accent straight away. I'd probably need subtitles for you to understand me.

He's also just starred in Saw 2, he did a pretty decent job.
Yep, he's far better as an actor than as a member of a boy band. I imagine he gets more respect as well.

Out of the shadow of Star Wars came Roger Korman's Battle Beyond The Stars, an intergalactic remake of the Magnificent 7.

Labyrinth, with David Bowie as Jared the Goblin King.

Saw it only once, but thought it was great.

Mmmm, Jennifer Connelly.
If you liked her in Labyrinth you might enjoy Phenomena.

Chubby brittish actor Donald Pleasance is in it as well, hamming it up as usual.

Buckaroo Banzai is probably the greatest cult movie ever made.

I keep seeing the Labyrinth DVD in HMV. It scares me.

Besides, what's the film called in which Bowie is playing some kind of vampire? It's been a while. I'm looking for another (series of?) film(s?) I watched when I was a child. Does anything of this ring a bell:

Evil androids in silver suits. Marching. Marching music. Silver (or white) wigs. Them whistling while marching. (It's not cartoon!). Kind of cheesy (I think, though I found it kind of scary back then). I've been looking for this for ages. Truth be told, the last time I saw these I was a kindergarten kid.

The Hunger, I own a lot of vampire movies, and admittedly, some of them are cheese, but I just couldn't bring myself to actually own that.

There was also a The Hunger tvseries, with Bowie reprising his role as a vampire.

The first road race movie based on the real life Cannonball Run was The Gumball Rally (1976) starring the late Raul Julia as a sex mad Italian racer.

My favourite cult film is A Boy and His Dog.

I love Delicatessen a lot. It's an older movie from the maker of Amélie. It's an incredibly funny and witty black comedy about a butcher in a post-apocalyptic future who kills his tenants and sells their meat in his butchery.

1971's horror film "Web of The Spider" starring Tony Franciosa, with a super cameo at the start by Klaus Kinski in the role of Edgar Allan Poe where he recites one of Poe's stories. Worth finding.

I think that it's more of a classic because it's funny, and thanks to the legend that is Brucie Campbell of course. The first one was pretty creepy at times though (evil mother zombie singing mockingbird from the cellar gives me the creeps!) I can watch those films over and over again without getting bored.

This film is worth watching just to see Blondie perform Johnny Cash's "Ring Of Fire" live.

Partly dubbed Italian made erotic thriller starring US star Carroll Baker. Where two siblings try to drive the benefactor of a will to her death so they can get the inheritance. Called Orgasmo in Italy, released as Paranoia in the US in 1969.
