What is wrong with this site nowadays? About half the time I try to use it it can't make a connection and when it does it takes a couple of minutes to load anything and when it does it's all wonky and half the images don't load.

Although I'm sure you understood, I still had to point out that it wasn't an insult in any way, just a general fact. Had it meant, say, a penguin, I still would've said it.

Could be, but as far as I can tell most of the other sites work pretty much as normal. I did have some issues on another vBulletin forum, so maybe it has something to do with that.

it was an indirect insult, I get loads of them so I know when I see one or hear one. But it's ok I never take them seriously so I don't get insulted

See, I'm also very aware of indirect insults. As well as (especially) people understanding written text in the internet wrongly because there isn't the context of actual contact. I know that since I tend to be sarcastic, and people just don't get it on the internet...
