Post Your Pets!!!!
Well, we've had many "Post your......." threads, but I don't think we've had a "Post your pets" thread yet - I could be wrong....
Anyway, here goes my contribution -

O crap. I hope gilly doesn't see this thread.
Alas, the promise I made myself to adopt two little keeteengs this autumn cannot be fulfilled. We can't afford the stupid pet deposit for our apartment right now.

OK, here's Tigger who I had to give away in one of his favourite places -
He had an obsession with anything he could fit into - A strange cat indeed. I miss him. And here's a blurry picture of Fishkin, with another fish, now unfortunately dead, in the background. This is pre-Speedy, a water snail who somehow miraculously appeared out of nowhere, arrived. I thought Speedy was a bit of dirt until he started moving about!

When my girl moved in with her baby dwarf rabbit, I thought :
And now I'm a big fan of Schneck! (Means Snail in Elsassich) He was so tiny when he was young, watch my (sticky ) fingers around him!

He uses he's cuteness to perform evil actions. Such as gnawing XBox paddles.

Here's a picture of my old cat, he died last april, a day or so before my birthday.
When he died I was heartbroken, but I think he knew his time had come (eventhough he died in an accident) because the night before he disappeared he jumped on my lap for the first time in his entire life (he was a half-wild forest cat, he didn't like the entire petting-thing) for that one time in his life he completely surrendered himself and fell asleep on my lap, then he got up, went out, and that was the last time I saw him alive. He wasn't exactly a pretty cat, he was slender but battle-hardened (he had a chip in his right-ear and had a few 'bald spots' on his chin but he was a fantastic cat... he could even say mama, though it sounded more like wawa. He repeated it over and over when we took him to the vet. I was going to record it but he died the day before we had to take him to the vet. I have a new cat now, and I've got a really cute picture of her, too, but I can't seem to find it. |

Anyway, to even up the dog / cat ratio a little, here's our golden retriver, Charlie the wonderdog (yes, it's the same pic as posted on the 'show yer desktop' thread but I'm unable to upload any other photos at the moment) |
