I'm really stuck on 4. I actually got so frustrated the last time that I clicked randomly in places, and somehow I solved it, but now I have no clue as to how the heck I did it. Can I get a clue as to how to find the method to my previous madness?

Now I have a weird video of grass, and some broken machinery, which replaced the numbers on the very left. When clicking on the image at the top, it now says "number twelve?" What is this puzzle? How do I solve it? Am I at the end?

I think I'm starting to understand something. It's one hour after twelve now. Is the puzzle related to the time and date?

The video is still up, and I have a 12 in the right 3 numbers, on the left. (12, 00, 40). I noticed that at the very end of the video, the oil drum in the background slightly moves. I think this is somehow relevant.
