Silly idea?: Miss Adventure 2003 (No pun intented)

Ok, here's the deal, 1st we list all the female adventure characters.... And since the polls have a limit we could make a poll thread for each group and then a "final poll"....

First I'll list just some of the female adventureres, if nobody else submits more I'll consider this a silly waste of time and forget about it...

-Nico Collard
-April Ryan
-Traci Nakimura
-Elaine Marley (even though she isn't playable)

Yes, there are a lot more but I want to see if you like the idea and such....

And the girls can do a Mister Adveture contest, but we all know that the winner would be Larry Laffer!

I know not a lot of people have played it, but Salammbo is sexier than all those other women put together.

And I think you meant Gracie (Grace) Nakimura.

Actually...... if it is the Miss Adventure 2003 contest, shouldn't it be limited to women who appeared in games released in 2003?

This would pretty much limit it to Nico, Salammbo, Gina (Runaway), Ariane (JttCotE), Karen Gijman (In Memoriam) and Elizabeth Röhm (L&O 2).

The 2003 thing isn't really necesary, Ok? Its just to point out that its this years edition and its annual... I didn't intend to say it was for games released this year only....

BTW isn't Nanct Drew a little too young for this?

Hmm, maybe it could be TWO "contests", one to decide the best of 2003 and one to decide the best of all time?

Personally, I prefer the best of all time...

Make that "groups", since the polls threads have a limit, 8 or 10 options, (I can't remember), I will have to make groups, the european game candidates, the Sierra ones, the Lucasarts ones, etc... I might even have to divide some into two polls (Lucasarts old and new)....
I just hope nobody minds that there might be 5 or 6 polls all of the sudden...

Should we add Larry's girls? That should be 2 polls at least!

Have you guys seen PLAY Magazine's special issue dedicated to Females in gaming? I was so disappointed that hardly any female heroes from adventure games were featured!!
