How Many AGs Do You Own on Consoles?
As of now, I have Still Life and Syberia on Xbox and EMI (also ICO, if that counts) on PS2. Also Maniac Mansion on NES, if we're talking throw backs.

One. ICO on the PS2. At least, I've heard it's adventure; I've yet to play it.

It's an adventure game........ of sorts. I mean, I say it is, but AG says it isn't.
Anyway, I have it, too. But I don't own a PS2. I bought it a few years back when I was househitting for a friend, and her daughter had a PS2. Sadly I didn't get to finish it, am waiting for my next chance to come across the console so I can play it again. But it's the only console 'adventure' game I own.

I used to have Shadow of Destiny, back when I had a PS2.
I still do have Shadow of Destiny, but now it's for PC. I say that counts for something.

I didn't really count ICO (because it's really more of a console adventure than a PC adventure), but I own that, the Zeldas, PoP:SoT, etc. as well.

Dune, Sherlock Holmes and Sherlock Holmes Vol. 2 on the Sega CD.
Blazing Dragons and MYST on the Sega Saturn. Oddly enough I enjoyed MYST much on the console than the PC. |

I have Discworld Noir, In Cold Blood and Fatal Frame 2 (do the last to qualify, they're like pseudo adventures) for PS2. Tried to find ICO, but apparently it's of the shelves in Europe for quite some time now

Imho, for some reason, AG's just don't work on consoles, it must be the use of a keyboard that does it.
So far I own none, btw and would much rather buy for PC.

Still Life - Xbox Escape from Monkey Island - PS2 Haunting Ground - PS2 Snatcher - Sega CD Rise of the Dragon - Sega CD I *THINK* that's it... But I might have a few more "almost" adventures hanging around.

Crap, I forgot about Snatcher, too.
That's one game that should get more love from adventure fans but doesn't because, as far as I know, it was console only. Has a pretty devoted cult following though. |

Just bought a GameCube last week...99 bucks, can't argue with THAT price, lol. Bought a handful of games, 1 or 2 of them seem adventure-y.
Beyond Good and Evil Zelda: The Wind Waker also bought Resident Evil Zero, Mario Sunshine and Simpsons Hit n Run the same day. Doesn't seem like I bought the right console for adventures, though. Oh well. |
