Adventures at E3?
So are there any at the Expo, then? I know Dreamfall's there, and Myst 5, but any others?

I heard The Longest Journey 2 has a rather large setup. I also heard that they expect alot of criticism in the new game which makes me wonder why they made the game the way they did if they are questioning things themselves.

Emily - I saw it posted elsewhere that TAC is releasing Nibiru - is this the one in negotiation? I don't see it on their website, though.

We won't discourage any TAC/Nibiru rumours; let's leave it at that for now. We will, however, reiterate that negotiations are just that - negotiations.

The adventures at E3 as I posted them on another site.
I must admit there's a couple of games that have *some* action or not sure what type of game they are. And Then There Were None Dead Mountaineer's Hotel Raiders of the Lost Casino (funny action-adventure type game) Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophecy in USA) Caduceus (Nintendo DS) Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (Nintendo DS) Dreamfall: The Longest Journey Finny the Fish & the Seven Waters (adventure/RPG) Chulip Shadow of the Colossus (action-adventure - sequel to ICO) Metronome Myst V: End of Ages Tony Tough 2: A Rake's Progress Ankh Professor Scientifix and the Mystery of the Blue Gold Law & Order: Criminal Intent Theseis The Sacred Rings (Aura 2) Journey to the Center of the Moon Runaway 2 |

These are supposedly the ones TAc is showing:
The Sacred Rings Journey to the Center of the Moon Agatha Christie: And Then There Were None Echo: Secrets of the Lost Cavern Nibiru: The Messenger of Gods (maybe negotiations aren't yet complete) And what about Rhem 2? Have you seen this there? FGM-Lyn

We were at the TAC booth yesterday, and of the ones you listed, TAC is not demoing The Sacred Rings. They did provide some screenshots in the press kit but they did not have a demo.
As for Rhem 2, that's being published by GotGame. Weary reporter signing off... |

Emily - I know it's from GotGame - but I haven't seen it mentioned as being one of the games being demo'd at E3 - just wondered it you'd seen it there.

When I look at the list of forthcoming adventure games, I almost wonder how ist possible that they can have so many adventure games and yet so few other must have pc titles this year. Outside of adventure games, this was a quiet year for the PC. Probably since in E3's past we had Doom 3 and Half-Life 2 and others to rave about.
