Default Interactive fiction urban legend?

I just was told by a fellow co worker that at some point, the NASA called Infocom because they wanted "Don't Panic!" buttons from HHGTTG

Don't know if it's true but it's definitely funny.

PS : Shameless plug :
Try out Cold Fear and Act of War, the 2 last games I worked on.
Not adventure games though
(Not easy to find a good paying and tech-oriented job in adventure gaming)

If some publisher want to give some major amount of $$$ to fund an adventure game with a kick-ass engine, just drop a mail
Yeah, yeah, I know, dreaming is cheap
