IGN has put 4 new screenshots from Still Life on display.
Don't remember seeing these anywhere else before, so sorry if they have been posted already.

Wow, an avatar that EMOTES. Or appears to.
At last, I've got real high hopes for this one. More so than before. |

I really hope the whole look, feel, and general art direction of Still Life will be as unforgiving as possible. Know what I mean?

Looks nice, when's it coming out? If it's creepy enough, I might get it.

If it's anything close to the feel of Seven, or Silent Hill without the paranormal bent, then I'm all for it, Trep.

I hope they didn't just give away the answer to a puzzle in one of those pictures.

Oh man, some of those screenshots looked pretty disturbing, particuarly the first one with the picture of a skeleton face. I must say that I'm really looking forward to this game, because it already looks creepy, and exciting.

Looks good. I can't wait for this one.
The darker the theme the better as far as I am concerned... |

That's wot I mean. I hope Microweeeeeeds has the balls to really push the bloodstained art direction and cinematography on this one. I'm not necessarily meaning gratuitous violence and stuff, but the kind of gritty, dirty, oppressive, and frankly nauseating atmosphere the story is supposed to be set in.

Only if real human blood were used. And with a solo violin soundtrack performed by you.

I really like the game's art direction and atmosphere. My only concern is with the writing, as I've been somewhat disappointed with the dialogue in previous Microids games. A lot of that is probably due to poor translations to English. Hopefully this will be different. It really does sound very interesting.

Looking at the shots again, I hope they don't overplay the humour. There's a few too many atmos breaking quips there for comfort.

Maybe not technically. But I like the atmosphere of that picture. It's got a bit of a voyeuristic/stalker-like feeling to it. Yes, I am pervert. (But not into 5-year-olds... ) |
