First of all: it's not a language barrier. Not in the least because Fien is not even a native speaker(though she could easily pass for one)

Second: If he didn't download them illegally why is he so vague about it and much rather goes on to be disrespectful? (because yes grans do have a place here. In fact I wish there'd be more around on this forum)

Third: Even if there's no proof he downloaded these games illegally I think insulting Fien who is one of our most trusted members is way out of line!

I'm sorry, I don't understand what Fien's ability to speak or write English has to do with this. If there is a language barrier, it's in kaicooper's way, not hers.

I was referring to something Matt Berkeley said. Obviously it's Kaycoopers barrier not Fien's who I've never seen writing anything even vagualy resembling incorrect English.

I was using a term introduced in this thread. There's nothing wrong with being temperate but there's a diiference with being temperate and questioning another forummer who in my opinion did nothing wrong.

No but saying somene has no place here is as well as calling someone a fool. But more importantly I was more referring to people who seem to be backing kaicooper and turning against Fien who obviously feels insulted. Something I think she does not deserve.

Even though I don't get how or why illegal downloading became an issue... is it such a big deal if he did? The only way I would possibly care is if I harbored resentment against someone because I paid for something that they obtained for free, which I don't, or if I were a cop, which I'm not.
