I'm from a bit further to the south and don't really know how many Dutch people are planning to come...

Just in case there is more than one Dutch person going, maybe we could travel together? I made sure my job isn't an issue anymore, so in principle I could go, but I don't really like going alone.

Yes, yes, I was there and met with lots of interesting people, had a few games signed (Charles Cecil made a remark about the bugs in the GBA version of Broken Sword and wrote "I am so sorry you had to experience the bug") and had a very good time. Charles Cecil did say he has a new game in development but there hasn't been an official announcement so not sure if I am allowed to say anything.

Default Aaron Conners & Tex Murphy

Did anyone buy Mr. Conners a bunch of glasses of bourbon and squeeze information about the future of Tex Murphy out of him?

Unfortunately, Aaron Conners couldn't make it...

Another question for The Pollo: Did someone ask Matt Clark whether his Bracken Tor will really really really be released early September? At Gameboomers there's a rumor it might be Halloween.

If someone asked, I didn't hear it. But I think a Halloween release date is more likely than a September one. Keep in mind though, that even when the Gamescom is getting more and more international visits and attention, it is still a very German-centered fair, and any release date stated there would probably be valid for the German market only.

Can anybody clarify this issue PLEASE?

I would of thought you could as you were not made to sign any legal documents or made aware of any prohibiting terms of your visit, were you?
