Great quiz! I both love ships and adventure games. However, it seems that I've missed most of the games on these screenshots so far. But let's try a few of them that I think I recognize.
1. Spoiler: 6. Spoiler: 18. Spoiler:(or at least, I think it is) 22. Spoiler: 23. Spoiler: (this reminds me on the scene from the game, though I'm not entirely certain, because of the muddy image. On the other hand, maybe it's just a low-res screenshot).

lol! ^ I was waiting for that line!
Anyway, Land hooooooo! Well...almost, cause we have 2 screens left! Captain's log: My faithfull crew and I , have been on sea for only 2 days now , but even so , we already encountered a storm that came from nowhere, but fortunetlly it caused just a tiny problem with our ship , we patched it up a bit , and we're on our way! My crew seems to do a great job and I'm sure that we are going to approach our destination very soon in this manner. And I'm sure that : "We'll surely avoid scurvy if we all eat an orange." So, here are my crew's achievements so far: 1.Broken sword 2 (cutscene from Quaramonte docks) 2.Longest journey (cutscene from leaving Mercuria) 3.Heart of China 4.Jolly Rover 5.Gillbert Goodmate 6.MI 4 : Escape from Monkey island (cutscene from the beggining) 7.King's quest 2 remake 8.Legend of Kyrandia :Malcom's revenge 9. Nancy Drew: Danger on deception island 10.Ghost pirates of Vooju island 11. AGON: Pirates of Madagascar 12.Destination : Treasure island 13.So blonde. 14.?????????????????? 15. King's quest 3 remake 16.??????????????? 17.Myst 18.Secret files 2 : Puritas cordis (cutscene) 19. Dead reefs 20.Simon the sorcerer 2 21.Gold and Glory: Road to El Dorado 22. Paradise (cutscene near the end) 23. Runaway 2 : Dream of the turtle (also from a cutscene) 24. Emerald city confidential (The reason some screens are blurry it's cause they're from cutscenes. That is why I mentioned them.) Only 14 & 16 left, crew! Last edited by kate me; 04-19-2011 at 10:45 AM. |

Hmm I thought 9 and 21 where the hardest...
No one wants a Nancy Drew screen, not even me, that's why I put it there! And Gold and Glory is rarely known...but it's by Revolution that's why I played it in the first place. Mostly the other ones are from my list of favorite games, so I HAD to use some of them as screens! 2 more left guys! Oups, I mean crew! |

So, I was right! BTW, now it suprise me to see more games that I've played on this list, including "The Longest Journey", "So Blonde", "Ghost Pirates of Vooju Island" (never finished it), "Destination: Treasure Island" and "Emerald City Confidential". They, apart from "The Longest Journey", obviously didn't made lasting impression on me, since I didn't replayed any of them, so far.

last 2 picks are...............
Hints: Number 16 is the only game I have screens from, but haven't played yet, but I will soon. It's inspired by one of Jules Verne's books. The other if I'm not mistaking I saw a screen in the Adventure scene game topic of it's sequel a few while back, which was made in 3d . The screen is from the first game , the 2d one, from around 1999 , 2000! Put your brain cogs in action , crew! And a HAPPY EASTER ! Last edited by kate me; 04-23-2011 at 11:53 AM. |

I'm pretty sure #14 is In the Shadow of the Raven. An amazing game because of the subject matter and the ending. Not because it's a very good game. I don't think the 3D sequel ever materialized.
