Default I need suggestions!

I could use some games suggestions, I've already played-
*Broken sword series
*Runaway series
*Secret files 1&2
*Lost crown
*Gray matter
*The longest journey & Dreamfall
*Discworld series
*Monkey Island series

I just need a little guidence on what to try next!
Something similar to broken sword would be cool, with good voice acting...really spoils the game for me if there is a lack of emotion.
Can anyone help?! :D

Yes, very strong stories, and in the first and third game Gabe is voiced by Tim Curry so you can count on a good performance.

They're written / designed by Jane Jensen, so if you liked Gray Matter you'll probably enjoy GK, too.

Definitely Gabriel Knight. Very good solid story throughout.
Also have you tried Black Mirror series. also very good
(although some people don't like the main characters voice.. I didn't mind it)

Have you played the Broken Sword fan game? It takes place between The Smoking Mirror and The Sleeping Dragon, and is quite well done. The game is free, so if you haven't played it, give it a try.

I'd suggest Syberia series, memento mori, alter ego and Still Life 1 & 2

was pretty well done I have to say, however I had to endure the german dialogue! Still enjoyed it!

I shall be embarking on a GK binge now

Believe me, the English dubbing was horrible. Be glad you didn't have to listen to it.

Two great adventures that you can play are:

- Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers
- Touché: The Adventures of the 5th Musketeer

They are my favourites.

Was the english dubbing really that bad?
I shan't bother with the patch then, I'd only end up muting and reverting to subtitles!

There is also "A New Beginning" - which is looking good.
and "A Stitch in Time" - which is also shaping up to be something special.

Yeah I've read a few synopsis for A new beginning, the graphics look nice, I prefer the cartoon drawn look, hmmmm A stitch in time, will have a scan for that now
