Here I am, Master Zobraks. At your beck and call. You are absolutely right, yes sir! Gothic should not have posted 8 answers. Bad Gothic, spoiling other people's fun. But you deserve a reprimand as well, since you quoted them.

Oh well, what the hell. Here's a "bad joke" for you, from my beloved Edna and Harvey. When I started playing the English release, I promised myself this time I would try every possible combination of objects, just to see the unique response of the developer. A hopeless task, there must be many thousands of combinations.

Edna: Have you ever noticed that faucets have a certain phallic quality about them?
Harvey: EDNA!
Edna: Now that I've noticed that I guess I'll have to die of thirst.

Hehehe... my kind of bad feminist joke.

Back on topic. The quiz. I only recognized three pics this time. Doesn't bother me. Not at all. I'm just glad I have my health.

Sorry guys, didn't know there was a limit to the number of guesses - I got a bit overenthusiastic when I saw it wasn't all Myst clones and Eastern European 2.5D games, and that for once I'd actually played most of them . (That stupid squirrel puzzle - had me roaming the game world for hours until I thought of clicking repeatedly).

Hehe, as long as you're concerned I (almost) always deserve a reprimand .

That's exactly what I use(d) to do with Day of the Tentacle and Sam & Max Hit the Road! Haven't played Edna & Harvey yet .

It's OK with me as long as you hide the answers.

I only recognised 7th and 10th, but GarageGothic already got them.
I agree with Fien completely.
Also is Edna and Harvey any good?

Done.

BTW, at first glance I only recognised numbers 7, 8 and 10.

No probs, I didn't write any rules or so! But in future quiz, please, just one guess/reply

Well, if you're gonna post the correct answers right below the pics instead of at the end of the thread, what's the point of using spoiler tags??

Sure thing, Isak, duly noted. Great quiz anyhow, for what it's worth I had a lot of fun with it - even if I ended up as the grinch who stole quizmas

Really, that was embarrassing. Sorry!

The right answers so far:

Spoiler:

2. Flight of the Amazon Queen

3. Teen Agent

4. Broken Sword 2

5. The Longest Journey

6. Beneath a Steel Sky

7. Runaway 2

8. Syberia 2

9. Discworld 2

10. Machinarium

So only the first one left. Probably the hardest one, but keep on guessing!

I am so certain I have seen that fish before...I also seem to recall that somewhere in the animation loop it turns around, but that may just be my mind playing tricks on me.
Is it by any chance
Spoiler:
Kings Quest 4 - The Perils of Rosella?

Got #1 now (but don't worry, Isak, my lips are sealed ), I could have sworn I'd checked the screenshots from that game before but must have missed it.

If I may give a small hint:

Spoiler:
It's a VGA game, though the bright color scheme also had me thinking of Sierra's EGA titles for a while.
