We're still waiting for someone to guess this.

Perhaps this would be a good time to post another clue?

Maybe.

I'm running out of quotes, but here's another one (from the same game no-one has played - except Trunkyo):

All four quotes are from 80 Days. This game has a lot of hilarious quips, unfortunately they're not very memorable (it took two weeks for Shany to finally guess correctly when I posted two lines back in June! )

Say, have you played the game, zobraks? My next question is, 'Where's kate me?' I know she's played, but sadly, she hasn't been around the forums lately.

Why should I? It took you only 48 days to show up!

No, somehow I dislike the game (maybe the fact that the main character drives some ultrasonic futuristic vehicle in the middle of XIX century India - with Holy Cows and things around - has something to do with my reluctance to play 80 Days).

That shouldn't necessarily be a bad thing. Maybe she's cooking another quiz?

Yeah, I forgot about this thread after it dropped to page 2.

80 Days has its odd charms... I'm a fan of the steampunk genre, so the technological anachronisms weren't a problem for me. (But how in the world was Oliver able to take the train to Japan??? ) What annoyed me were all the backtracking and the bad Asian accents!

OK, new quote:
"I want you to know, I'm very proud of my Pig-American heritage."
"And pigs everywhere are proud of YOU, [character name omitted]."

I played the game many years ago , so I'm not sure at all.

The character in question is not literally a pig (but he is American), so no, these lines are not from Duckman. I'll provide another quote soon.

OK, here's another quote, a much easier one from the same game.
"Yeah right. Like I'm going to stick my hand in some crack in the rock on an alien planet."

The first quote is right in the begining of the game right, when you're still on the asteroid and can talk to those other guys back on earth?

I knew that second quote would make it easier to guess.

Yep, and that's the correct scene in the game too! The omitted character is of course Commander Boston Low and the other speaker in that exchange is Maggie Robbins. ("And pigs everywhere are proud of YOU, Commander Low.") The next (cruelly ironic) quote is also by Low.

Your turn again, Jon!

Yeah but in your defence, "The Dig" is not exactly crawling with memorable quotes. The pig is the robot they use to blow a hole in the asteroid right? They should make that game for the iPhone so I can play it again.

Okay new quote!

"Your mother sleeps with infected men".

That's the legendary quote from Duckman.
(Duckman: The Graphic Adventures of a Private Dick it is.)

Yeah such a great game to quote from, bonus point if you remember the actual "chinese" quote. I remember it ended with gock heck! or something like it.

Here goes nothing:

Quote:

P.S. It's not a Star Trek game (as suggested by Google).
