Let's do a bit of deducing here.
1. That line sounds feminine. Thus a female protagonist. 2. Familiar with a male character. 3. Modern setting game based on the word 'glass'. 4. Based on your description below it we can assume it was a somewhat mediocre translated game. Probably a Microid game. Maybe Siberia or FBI Confidential? EDIT: WAIT.....sounds like something the female protagonist would say from either The Longest Journey or Dreamfall EDIT 2: No wait! Heavy Rain (meanwhile having done 5 guesses lol)

1. Well, the line is feminine
2. May be familiar with the male character that's not quite clear 3. Modern setting, yes 4. Not poorly translated game, like I said it was probably not an exact quote but close enough that it should be recognizable to whom ever has played the game. But poor grammar from me. Sorry! So no it's not Microid, FBI Confidential or Golden Age, you're as ice cold as Syberia. Last edited by Jon_wachter; 02-22-2011 at 01:14 PM. |

Nope not Dreamfall, Longest Journey or Heavy Rain either. Still very, very cold.
And it's not a female protagonist, she's only in the first scene of the game. |

Here's some new quotes from the same game to help, steer anyone who cares to guess in the right direction.
"...It's time for you to go home and weep in to your lady like pink pillows, go home little man". "Say...who's that sexy stack of sticky-buns starring on your show?" If you cant guess it now, I think you'll never be able to. I cant make it easier than this without revealing the title. Last edited by Jon_wachter; 02-22-2011 at 05:24 PM. |

that one makes me think of the gym owner in Toonstruck, but I don't think the other quotes fit the game. but oh well, my guess is Toonstruck

It's not Toonstruck, but that was the best guess so far, you're in the right ballpark.
"home is where the heart is, although other parts of my anatomy would like to be elsewhere right about now". "listen something's come up and I got to go, don't forget to make dad happy". Last edited by Jon_wachter; 02-23-2011 at 02:16 AM. |

I'm intrigued but have no clue. Is the game new? 3D?

Nope it's an old game and so no 3D.
Here's the last help, I really didn't think this would be that hard. "plus you're eyes aren't attached to your body, recent polls shows that really creeps people out". "We're like Ben and Jerry, Jerry and Ben, Ben and that freaky Michael Jackson". The last quote I added because it's kind of funny, rather than helpful. But the first quote is a big clue! |

Hmmm....doesn't seem like a game I would play since they're making fun of MJ. >=(

Not The Abbey. The speaker is making a casual comment, but he could be talking to God.

Nope, not from a LSL game either.
Here is another line, spoken by a different character from the same game. (This line is actually also repeated by a third character, who adds two words at the end. The third character IMO, utters some of the best lines in the game! ) "At the end, you are what you are. Put on your head a wig with a million locks, put on your feet a pair of high-heeled shoes. At the end, you still are what you are."
