Just kidding! Bravo Kurufinwe, you not only guessed the (not so popular, it seems ) game, but also recognised the characters! BTW, I think episode 5 of the first season is by far the best thing the TellTale team produced. Reality 2.0 is a veritable well of (hilarious) quotes. Here's one of my all-time favo(u)rites: P.S. My third world European country Internet provider has been screwing me for the last few days , so I appologise for not being able to respond quickly. P.P.S. It took me more than one hour to post this message.

I'd never have figured it out without the second quote; the reference to "inconvenience" gave it away.
OK... What game, released during a US presidential campaign, featured this quote: Good luck, Mr. Bush. ? |

No.
You may, however, have another quote from the same game: Do not insult a man with knives! |

It´s been a while but could it be from one of the Kyrandia games?
My guess is "Legend of Kyrandia" Its a gut feeling, but surley it is from either Legend or hand of fate. |

I find Legend of Kyrandia games really unique
They somehow mix King's Quest sweet settings and humor like that of Monkey Island or Simon the Sorcerer |

That can't be right; skaata said it was from a good game.
In case it's not Runaway: maybe Discworld Noir? |
