So is Jack Orlando any good? I know the review here complety slams it. But is it playable? I mean I don't want to be dying every 2 puzzles or doing things "wrong" and getting stuck.

I've very fond memories of it, but that might be nostalgia talking, as well as the fact I was playing the Polish version, which didn't suffer from the apparently bad translation and had significantly better voice acting.
Really loved the atmosphere.
