Hello everyone,

Hopefully you can be of some help to me. I have to write a paper for school about the Point & Click adventure genre. The article focusses on the decrease in P&C titles since the mid 90s.

Currently I'm mostly researching still. I figured at a community dedicated to adventure games there must be some people who can push me in the right directions. I could any information you could reference me to. Sales charts, Company statements on adventure games (LucasArts, Sierra?), books and written or online articles.

Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated. Most information I found so far only vaguely references some possible causes why P&C games seem to be less popular (at the least for publishers) now than they were 15 years ago. I could really need with some more hard evidence!
