Good on-demand sites for adventures
Hi all,
I'm wondering about gaming-on-demand as an alternative to buying stuff. What are the best sites for getting adventure games, bearing in mind I'm in the UK and so can't use GameTap. Metaboli's the best I've found just browsing. Bagpuss

OMG I've never seen this site before. I think I might just sign up to this.

Just recently, GameTap announced a free service for N. American and International players. They have a rotating bundle of games for the free service.
It's possible this is a precursor to GameTap being in more places (but that's just a guess). Last edited by Melanie68; 06-17-2007 at 08:49 AM. |

Guess I should pay more attention to the AG site news.
Hummm. I get "Your screenname is invalid. Please choose another."

Not much help, I'm afraid, Melanie, but I've managed to register as "Baggers" instead of "Bagpuss" or "Bagpuss42". What prejudice it has against us cloth cats I'm not sure. Incidentally I tried a couple of experiments and this isn't quite the same message you get if you try a genuinely invalid name (eg include spaces). Strange.
Much later: And all I can get from gametap is a white square, which is not my idea of a fun game...

It is. There is a version for France and one for Germany too, but that's not much help to you.
