Default what games for me ?

I have always liked my adventure games, so I`m looking for some suggestions on games.

My favorite games are/were:

Indiana Jones fate of atlantis
Syberia 1 & 2
keepsake
Broken sword 1 & 2

Syberia 1 has to be my all time favorite, great storyline great controls great everything!! I was hooked for days untill I completed it.

Keepsake was good, but the upper school levels were just boring with constant teleporting backwards and forwards. also the ending was a real disapointment for me.

So, I`m looking for very simular games to the above as in controls, gameplay & hookability.

Games I didnt like are:

Broken sword 3, just couldnt get on with the controls at all!
Rhem2
and any game that requires key input!!

Any suggestions ?

Longest Journey

Grim Fandango (if only you could get on with the controls )

Monkey Island series (although you might have played it, but you've not listed wat you have played so we might be on a bit of a guessing game for a while)

I would definitely agree with "The Longest Journey".
I'm also tempted to recommend "Journey To The Centre of the Earth", if you can put up with the appalling bugs and pathfinding issues. In my opinion it's an enjoyable game nonetheless.

you might like Still Life since you liked Syberia, but beware, some irritating puzzles in there.. I loved it, it's up on my favourite game together with Longest Journey
