Strangely I don't remember that scene, but I certainly remember Hand of Fate being the best game in a fairly average series.

That's the altar of truth.

Kyrandia 2 is a great game, one of the sequel that took out almost all his predecessor's flaws, while keeping the good stuff, and adding a lot of even better stuff.

And of course, the main character has enough... caracter to make Indiana Jones jealous.

I remember the scene, but can't remember what you have to do there.

I'm still not happy that my HoF floppies are corrupt.

Spoiler:
You just activate a potion.

EDIT: I'm not so sure about the altar of truth thing. Maybe that's an altar of doubt, or something... hence the ?.

I think it's the Altar of Doubt, needed to complete a Potion of Truth.

Actually, it's the Altar of Doubt, where you turn the Skeptic serum into a Skeptic potion.
Come on, people, I'm the one here who's supposed not to like this game.

Oh, we'll get you to admit you secretly worship it in your shrine that you built from Zanthia's used chewing gums.

I liked the game but I never really understood the whole thing with
Spoiler:
the hand wanting to mess about with Kyrandia.

Did it have any recognisable motivation or was it jsut evil because the game neeeded a villain?

You're quite right. Should have thought about that. I've edited my original post. Jazzy will have to edit her "quote" from me.

As will you come to think of it.
