MobyGames says it is, and I've played it and it does have adventure -ish elements. Some may argue.

it's not Fallout 3 is it? reminds me a little of the Pint-Sized Slasher part, and I suppose some of the elements of the game are adventure-ish

Hi rayvio. No, it's far more of an Adventure than any action-adventure. It's not an action-adventure, nor is it an RPG.

Edit: It's also point & click.
