Out of time, haha, that's a good title cause that's how you feel when you play the damn game. Never even tried to finish the game, it was so big I felt like I would need to hire an assistant to keep everything straight.

I am not stumped: this is Quantum Gate II: The Vortex or The Vortex: Quantum Gate II.

Oscar posted screenshots from two games actually: the first one is from Quantum Gate 2 and the second from Quantum Gate: The Saga Begins Name: pleza.gif Views: 227 Size: 645 Bytes, so I deserve two points .
