How on Earth did you find that one? At first I thought you were kidding - I didn't know such a game existed - but a quick search enlightened me. No, this mysterious adventure is not the Snow Job.
It's interesting that the game you're supposed to guess was also made for 3DO, but (unlike Snow Job) it was made for PC and Playstation too. Here are some more screenshots from this adventure's (fairly unique) gameplay:

It looks a lot like that obscure adventure for PS1: Yogi Bear, The Infamous Chiropractor (1994).

Dust: A Tale of the Wired West? I don't think that's it but it's the only one I can think of guessing.

Well, to tell you the truth - I don't know (haven't played it yet ). The Psychic Detective is not a classic point & click adventure, but an interactive movie in which you have to be in the right place in the right time. It has a unique gameplay since the main character (some hotel psychic named Eric Fox) has the ability to get into other people's minds. He's been hired to investigate the case of a suspicious suicide of some girl's father and his/your task is to find out what exactly happened by jumping from one suspect to another. The story seems to be quite confusing (and slightly illogocal) so you'll have to decide for yourself whether it's something for you or not. I suggest you read Rosemary Young's review of this obscure title.
Here are some characteristic screenshots from TPD: and you can find the recorded gameplay (with spoilers, of course ) here.

No, no, clearly this is Adventure Game That Takes Place In Egypt #400033, of which Adventure Game That Takes Place In Egypt #400037 was the greatly inferior knockoff.

Personally I prefer Adventure Game That Takes Place In Egypt #400032. It had worse graphics than both AGTTPIE #400037 & AGTTPIE #400033 but had that real "Egyptian" smack.
Perhaps it's because it was shipped with those extraordinary "feelies": a bag of genuine desert sand taken from El Giza and a sack of (100% pure) camel dung. Now stop fooling around and start browsing those screenshots you have in stock. Here's another picture postcard from "Egypt":

I'll guess Final Destination: The Secret of Larson's Folly.
