Zak McKracken - Between Time and Space: Demo
Yet another Zak fangame! And you can download the demo here:
http://www.zak2.org/cms/front_content.php?idcat=31 (oh, by the way, the demo is in german) I played the game for a bit but quit soon after, it´s soooo slow.

I downloaded it and I got nowhere, thanks to incomprehensible German flittering the screen with every action I attempted. Still, I wouldn't play for more than two minutes German or not.

The folks behind the new Zak McKracken fangame have travelled to the Us to meet David Fox, the creator of the original Zak McKracken game:
http://www.zak2.org/zak2/cms/front_c...cat=2&idart=55 Looks pretty cool. Shame i can't understand a word of german, though.

I even remember their first demo. That was an entirely different game. I really loved its graphics..
EDIT: No wait, that was the Alien Rockstars game. So confusing. --Erwin

Marvel (the team leader) told me that ZBTAS should be released early this year - it's been in beta since late last year. It's been in development since 2002, which makes it a real baby compared with the alien rockstars game - in development since 1996! I'll post the news as it happen on my site: The Zak McKracken Archive

That's nothing! My Zak McKracken fan game has been under development since 1979.

Both, though I expect the German version will come out first. Also, whenever they give a date it always ends up slipping, but they are making genuine progress.
